Kerrie is an interdisciplinary designer whose work bridges art & design, textiles, architecture, and community development to create thoughtful, human-centered design solutions. Her approach combines creative vision with technical expertise, allowing her to navigate projects at multiple scales—from material systems and fabrication details to broader conversations around equitable development, sustainability, and the built environment.
Kerrie holds a Master’s degree in Architecture with concentrations in City Planning & Design and Sustainability & Technology. Her professional background includes experience in design-build fabrication & project coordination, multidisciplinary collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and community development initiatives. She has worked alongside civic leaders, community coalitions, developers, design teams, and production partners to support projects that balance functionality, innovation, and long-term community impact.
Currently based in North Carolina, Kerrie brings a collaborative and systems-oriented perspective to every project, with a focus on creating spaces and experiences that are both purposeful and enduring. Her creative practice extends beyond architecture into painting and and metalwork, where storytelling remains central to her work and informs her exploration of identity, culture, and human experience.
